Do I need to RICA my SIM card?
Yes, you need to provide Coolhost with a copy of your ID and proof of address that is less than three months old.
You will also be required to have a copy of your ID and proof of residence available when your SIM is delivered, and you must sign for it in person.
Will my first payment and allocation of data be on a pro-rata basis?
Yes, we pro-rata our LTE services. So, if you sign up halfway through the month you will pay half the monthly fee and receive half the data for the rest of the month.
Are any contracts involved?
We don’t do contracts – that is how we roll! If for whatever reason you want to cancel, all that is required is a calendar month’s notice.
Remember that your router is free-to-use, so if you cancel you will have to either buy it or send it back to us.
How many LTE at Home Services can I order?
A maximum of 3 per customer is allowed.
Can I upgrade or downgrade?
Yes. Upgrades and Downgrades are scheduled for month end. However you can top-up at ridiculously low rates at any time.
