Start with your address

A domain is the name people type to find your website. Choose something easy to say, spell and remember. Registration gives you the right to use the name for a period of time; renew it to keep it.

Give your website somewhere to live

Hosting provides the space and service that delivers your website to visitors. Your domain’s DNS records point to that service. Buying a domain alone does not create a website.

Don’t forget your email

A business mailbox can use the same domain as your website. Check the package for mailbox limits and storage. If you already use email on the domain, preserve its records when changing hosting.
